INJECTED PLASTIC FOOTWEAR

The company has 10 injection moulding machines which are used to make plastic footwear and unit soles for the domestic market. This business division is the oldest among all and now contributes 10% of the total revenue generated by the company.

PLASTIC COATED WEBBING

This business division was set up in 2004 and was the brain child of the founder Mr. Mohd Zafar Ansari. After a rigorous research and development work of 2 years , the company was finally able to manufacture the so called ‘Biothane’ in India, which was till now only imported from the United States and Australia . This development not only saved the precious foreign exchange for our importers and also opened potential export market for selling this plastic coated synthetic webbing.

The main commercial use of these synthetic webbing is in equestrian products that include bridles, harness and saddles. It is also widely used in safety equipment’s as it provides a lot of strength.

INDUSTRIAL AND SAFETY FOOTWEAR

The company has now also forayed into safety and industrial footwear manufacturing business. It manufactures and sells safety footwear on polyurethane and PVC soles.
